UX Approach

The “Art of the Possible” approach can be scaled up or down depending on complexity and scope, but always provides consistency in the way the UX team presents  to stakeholders and team members.
  1. Start by collecting existing research – personas, generative studies, usability studies, etc.
  2. Conduct a current state analysis – information architecture, heuristic review, task flows, or any other methodology to understand what exists in the product today
  3. Competitor and/or best-in-class product reviews to understand what’s out there that our users are also using and will compare our product to – analysis matrices and summaries
  4. Requirements gathering from research (if available), product and tech
  5. Insights gained – write them down as part of the working document
  6. Concept explorations – journey mapping, sketches, wire frames, prototypes, etc.
  7. Recommendations – tell the user’s story and provide context in addition to recommendations and design deliverables

Once a solution is agreed upon and added to the roadmap, work with agile teams as needed to support their efforts in the build, testing and delivery.
